You mentioned the tell of weakness when a person looks at their cards during a conversation and immediately continues the conversation. The opposite is very true also if a person is in middle of a conversation, looks at their cards and stops paying attention to the conversation or continues without making much sense they have a huge hand. I would also say most rec players ranges get quite a bit tighter right when their food arrives.
Another very reliable tell with weaker players is the snap bet, especially on a card that heavily changes the board texture. Snap bet is usually weak IMO. Usually when someone has a big hand, especially when the nuts change they stop for a moment to think about it prior to betting. Obviously there are exceptions but paying attention you can solidify this read with prior showdowns.
