What Is The Easiest Poker Game To Learn?

Learn Poker Video Source & Info:

In reality, it’s Five-Card Draw, but if I were to tell you about Five-Card Draw, I’d be wasting your time because it’s almost never played in poker rooms.

The easiest poker game to learn that is played in poker rooms is Texas Hold’em.

In Texas Hold’em, you’re dealt two cards and there are five community cards: flop, turn, and river. The flop is three cards, the turn is one card, and the river is one card. There are four rounds of betting: pre-flop, flop, turn, and river. The player with the best five-card hand wins.

However, the hand usually ends before the river card because someone bets and others fold. That’s because most games are 9-handed or 10-handed. Someone is usually going to make a hand and bet it.

But you can win a pot without winning a hand, especially when it’s a two-player or three-player pot. In these situations, if nobody has shown interest in the pot, fire away regardless of what you have.

If you have air and they call, shut it down on the turn and live to fight another day.
