3. At around the 4:00 mark I'm definitely a fan of leading out on the flop. The BB is never gonna have A high and the button could have lots of connectors and suited hands that do not have an A.

4. I don't see much profit in folding AJ from an UTG raise especially in 6max 25NL. If it was 9handed or a tournament. Then you can give it more credit. What I have learned in 25NL is that most people will raise from UTG with any two cards they prefer. Not really AK or AQ to be specific. Now, if a Ace did hit the board and he bet a sizable amount then i can understand folding. But your odds are still great considering a J could come on the flop.
