This raising everything preflop isn't working for me. Anytime I get a premium hand I flop trash and then someone raises me when I don't have bad after that flop.

Treat any pair as crap until you catch trips and no straight or flush possible. Hope for FH or bet lightly.

you said specifically "don't 4-bet preflop against regs with AQ" but I just wanted to point out isn't specifically AQ often used as 4-bet bluffs?
I find I just win a little lose a little and now and then every thing goes right and I double or triple up.I suddenly start hitting the hands I am targeting preflop but 90% just even.
