  1. I'm glad you picked a hand where the hero won but didn't make optimal decisions. So many times YouTubers do 'bad beat' hands because that's what people send in the most.

  2. I think, blinds were 50/100 and not 25/50 as stated in the beginning of the video? With 25/50 blinds we would be 600 BB deep, which I have never heard about in a tournament. Also the pot size on the flop would have been 1.050 and not 1.100 as stated. With 50/100 blinds the 500 open size make at least a bit more sense, even though its still very big.

As for the analysis of the hand, I dont have much to add. Would also have 3-bet preflop and would not have many calling hands at all from the SB against a 5 BB (or even less a 10 BB) open. I also dont like the flop check-raise and especially not the size, but I am completely on board with the check-call on the river.

  3. Have to agree: terrible check-raise sizing with basically nothing OOP. Don't mind the river call, especially it being a tournament and also the horrible spot an all-in re-raise would create…that bet could have been meant to induce. Good analysis, as usual.

  4. Nice video, but when will your course about angleshooting come out ? as we all know what an angleshooting expert you are

  5. **CAUGHT CHEATING**You guys do know Alec Torelli was caught CHEATING on live T.V. right? This guy is a tool. He lost tons of subscribers over it. He even tried lying about it until he was caught. This kid is beta.

  6. Definitely a psb minimum or a cr on the river.
Reason. If villian has a set or 2 pairs on turn he is raising.
Definitey missed a lot of value on river.

  7. Was just trying to bone up for a 570 but in million dollar guarantee tomorrow and all I kept seeing was these badty Doug Polk videos. Really nice hand analysis quick to the point covering different scenarios all within one hand. I just subscribe thanks

  8. It seems like almost all of the hands you're suggesting he could have at the end is ignoring the fact that he raised 10x pf. He does not have Q9, etc. Extremely narrow range at 10x.
