How To Play LOW BOARDS [Poker Strategy]

Poker Strategy Info And Source:

PokerCoaching coach Matt Affleck walks you through how to play low boards as the preflop aggressor. He teaches you the theory behind why we should be using larger bets on this texture and much more!

Matt teaches you the difference between equity and nut advantage. If you believe you have 90% equity then you can consider that a very high nut advantage. There are very few flops that big blind has the equity advantage vs a button open and it never has the nut advantage.

Many poker players make mistakes on these types of flops and tend to bet too often using a very small size. They should actually be checked at a higher frequency and when you do choose to bet, you should use a larger size!

  1. Do you ever find spots to use a large bet on the flop? 😄

  2. Thanks for the video. Maybe I missed it. But what is the stack size and is this tournament or cash (because BB range is way different due to raise size, rake and ante). Wait is see the BB range. Its tournamant 🙂

  3. “Verbiage”… if you’re gonna say it you should put an accent on the “iage”… go wild

  4. On 874, Why are all KQ, almost all AKs checking, and most AKo betting? I get why KQ are checking (separate from the AK), but I don't understand why some AK are treated the same and others different.

  5. This is info I haven’t perfected. Some of it I’ve learned from lots of some of this I am making mistakes. Good stuff.
