In this first in a series of PKO Poker Strategy Videos, presented by ‘The Chip Race’, Dara and David are joined by Dara’s ‘PKO Poker Strategy’ co-author Barry Carter to review the key hands from his run in the inaugural Unibet Poker ‘Supernova PKO Bounty’ played on Sunday September 13th 2020.
Over the course of the video, the lads look at the adjustments needed for deepstack play in PKOs, calling ranges as the coverer, isolating, 3-betting, how to calculate bounty factor and the creeping impact of ICM.
Don’t worry though! It’s not all theory! Dara and David make plenty of time to abuse Barry for his loosey-goosey play when he has the big stack and his uncanny knack for getting hit in the face with the deck!
