Today was a tough one. The way I deal with a lot of bad bad happening is I let the emotion go through me. That means I let the anger come out, and then it's gone. In the past holding it resulted in either tilt, or I would quit early. However, when a session goes like this, it might seem a bit negative. But that's just the way I have to do it <3. I never tilt, and never quit early at least xD.
