  1. I think I would have folded after being raised big on the flop and seeing someone else call that!

  2. Thinking through the math. About 4:1 with about 20% equity. But I agree, I would have folded on the turn.

  3. Here's a flaw in your thinking Bart which is surprising given how much you've played in LA. You stated "there's no way a guy could have a lower flush, but HE DID have an 8 high flush that other than the 9 or 4c – the hero would have had the BEST flush there. You ALWAYS state "there's no way player x could have x" but players in LA play 8/3 cause "it's suited" ALL the time.

  4. I think, the flop is a very clear call. 3-betting this hand in a limped multiway board would be an overplay, because we are not looking to play for all the money. But there is certainly also no need to fold, since one or both opponents could easily be on a draw, and we actually beat most of the reasonable 7X hands.

However the turn is a clear fold given the action. Its very unlikely, we still have the best hand now, and as Bart explain, we cant just count our outs. We need to also look at our implied odds, when we improve on those outs. Not only will we not get paid by worse on a 5 or 6, we might also be drawing to a chopper, and there is a small risk, that someone already has a straight flush. In which case we are setting ourselfes up to go broke, if we improve to a boat.
