  1. Bart why would u 3 bet preflop with KQs and call with KQo. I would have thought it better to do the opposite since KQs plays much better multi-way especially with the button?

  2. As far as push-ups go; based on Army fitness standards a complete repetition is when the elbows break 90 degrees. How far the chest is from the ground is sort of redundant. It's all about breaking the 90 degree plane. But you are on point, prop bets are terrible for the game. Poker players have to exert their ego someone I guess. Lol

    What is this “new school” 3-betting strategy?
    I don’t understand the reasons behind you advising calling with AJo, while 3-betting with AJs at the same spot.
    AJs performs better multi-way than the off suit one.

  4. the only downside of calling flop would be potentially getting the wrong price to chase OTT and maybe getting blown off your equity, players shouldn't be bluffing into a side pot very often so I like your analysis here OTF
