  1. pot 2725  and 875 left and discussing to fold QQ on Q66AK? I am fish I never fold QQ there even if youre a nit is just a cooler in my opinion. he might think youre weak blockbetting 400 into 1050 on the river. players willing to let go QQ on the river there I like playing them every day I shove river every time LOL

  2. OMC and rec players like this guy basically never 3 bet AK. I don't even include it in their range nearly as much as QQ+.

  3. I think, the flop decision is pretty close. If we just check-call, we can keep his range wider, and good things can happen on the turn, if he catch up. But on the other hand a spade could also slow him down, if he have AA or KK, and an ace could slow down KK.

On the turn and river it surely is a crappy runout, so checking the turn is fine, and on the river we have a very clear check and then make a decision. And even though we only lose to 6 combos, if the previous action narrowed his range down, so that this is pretty much all, he ever have, I dont see any huge problem with just hating life and folding.

Sure its very exploitable, because if Hero 4-bet AA and KK preflop, this is the very best hand, he can ever show up with. But we are not running a game simulation 100 times, we are playing a single hand with a human being in a super rare situation. And we dont need to show him or anyone else, that we folded QQ. We can just muck our hand and pretend, we had busted spades.

However if the Villain is able to 3-bet bluff preflop just sometimes, then we really should call this off, because then he can get there with some hands, we beat, and which he would either bet for value or as a bluff. There is always AK of spades of course, but if he have that slightly wider 3-betting range, there is also JT of spades, 76s, 65s, A6s for value and T9 of spades, 98 of spades etc. as his bluffs.

Now maybe he dont have all of these or bet all of these, but we only need to find 3 combos of something else than AA and KK to justify calling up to a pot sized river bet. So I would probably hate life and call it off, because it really is dangerous to assume, that your opponent can ONLY have the nuts in a certain situation.

  4. What should the bet be on the turn if we have aces here? Can't be a check back right?
