  1. Seems to me that V had to have picked up some equity on the turn to continue betting after being check-raised on the flop. He has to have AK or AA (however unlikely).

  2. Standard I guess not sure how you get away from the hand on the turn but the villiian played pretty straight forward. I do think if the reraise on the flop was $225ish maybe you think he is stronger and less likely to float or be drawing. This is just Ax or a drawing hand to often to fold without it being a leak if you fold on the turn then your only shoving range is what…trips?

  3. This is just a cooler. When its top two vs. top and middle with a flushdraw, someone made a mistake, if all the money did not go in. Its kind of goofy, that Villain had AK, because we would not expect him to just call with that preflop. But its also really whatever. Sure AK was part of his leading range on the turn, if he played it passively preflop. But if he is bad enough to have AK here, then he is probably also bad enough to sometimes have K6 or K3 and play it the same way.

More importantly perhaps Hero only min raised the flop, and this can look like, Hero was just trying to freeze the action and buy himself a cheap river card with a draw or a marginal made hand like a weak ace. And then it would make some sense for Villain to lead the turn for value with AQ or AJ, when all the draws bricked. And finally Hero had a flushdraw to give him equity, if he was behind. So nah never folding here. Just pay the man his money, say "nice hand" and look forward to play the next one.
