An Introduction to BLOCKERS in Poker: A GTO Analysis | Weazel_1991 Poker Strategy

Poker Tips Video Source & Information:

The first of hopefully many Poker Strategy videos on the channel, this one showcasing how to utilise blockers and unblockers in poker! With some real life examples from 100NL Zoom cash games on PokerStars & 200NL Blitz on ACR, alongside some solver analysis in GTO+, this video should hopefully give you a better understanding of what blockers are and how they should be used in terms of both bluffing and calling down

The ranges used are from Raise Your Edge’s Cash Apprentice course, check the link below for $30 OFF the course AND Rangeviewer. The solver used is GTO+, a decent cheaper alternative to PioSolver

  1. The support for this one has been absolutely unreal, thank you so much guys! Be sure to subscribe if you haven't done so already, and if there's any topics you'd like me to cover in the future let me know 😍

  2. Very good video, we learn lot of things.
I've got a question about the last spot with 45S. Is it a good bluff because it doesnt't block most of vilain's draw ?
If the river is not a King, can we consider betting small ? => With 2 missed draws vilain will rarely fold an As and we only want vilain to fold his miss draw ?

  3. Excellent. Concise yet fully informative with great examples. Would love to see a strat video on MDF, Weazel style!

  4. Would be cool to see a video of you going through 3b pots and looking at your sizing on the flop and why you chose it

  5. Great content, I've never seen that solver it looks pretty cool. (Mind you I haven't owned a solver yet or actually seen many to compare)
