I wouldn’t say straddling isn’t +ev. If you’re playing 2/5 and straddling turns it into 10/20 for a hand that’s a big advantage if the rest of the table isn’t comfortable in a short stack 10/20 game. (Assuming you can straddle from the button, utg is whack)

Have not even started and excited to watch. Recently moved to Vegas from Miami and Love it so far. Been in sales 20 plus years and had lots of successes and failures and have a decent job now. My dream for 15 years at least, has always been to play poker for a living and sacrificing to do so now. Since 2012, I've been playing here and there, a few times a month and sometimes more. For the first time though, I am sacrificing and not playing (except for small tourneys, $200 or less buy in) until I have saved enough for 20 buyins to play 2-3 times a week. So, next year I'm coming for you ladies!! :). Looking forward to watching this POD now and to future ones. Thanks again for doing this for the community. I hope you draw new folks, especially women to the Poker world! 🙂
