I like the fold at 4:40. Clearly you want nothing to do with facing AA, KK, QQ or AK or AQ. This is already pretty likely. But assuming you are NOT facing these, you are still very thin. Suppose you are facing 2 lower pairs. Your EV is probably about 40% and the ICM aspects make this worse. You also have 2 blinds who could wake up with a hand which makes things a bit worse. Suppose you are facing AJ and 99. Now, despite the fact that you dominate AJ, these cards penalize your ability to beat 99. I suspect your equity here is about 40% also. So while in those cases, you gain a bit by shoving, when you are facing QQ+/AQ+ in one or both hands, your equity is trash. At best this is a coin flip in overall equity terms, so wait for better spots.
