0 IQ move to just call the river. You have a 100% chance of winning. Literally no way you lose. The other guy already bet, so you have that money unless you fold or have a heart attack. Might as well raise or even shove and hope he's dumb enough to give you even more money. Worst case, he folds, and then you don't even have to show your hand.
