What if everyone gets “killed”??
Seems odd to bet both before and after the kill cards are revealed, since the same hands are in play in both instances. Is that because some players might've gone out with the kill cards? I might just keep the number of bets lower and just move on to the next community card after the kill cards. I guess as long as the rule is consistent it doesn't matter.
