  1. I need to make a suggestion on your rullette cakes although you haven't made one in awhile and may not make another ever lol. But if you do, when you fill them, don't fill them in the good, bad, good, bad pattern. If you do that, with the first cut of the cake you already know which the other cuts are. If they are randomly done, each spin will be a mystery. More fun this way. Lol
