1. Willie must've waited until the 1st Dozen missed several times in a row and Martingale if you lose a spin, otherwise it's a "Drunk, Busted & Disgusted" strategy.

2. You should just put 65 on the first 12 instead of 1 on each number. It is the same payout and would take much less time to set up.
