In heads-up play, the dealer is the small blind. Is this functionality implemented on the 2 player table? It doesn't look like it was on the 4 player table so I'm assuming its not. What's the max # of bets per round, 4 or 5 is standard. So many questions! Thanks for showcasing now I need to try it out!
