Straddle is a terrible strategy. You’re technically betting blind out of position. Don’t do it.

K9s UTG is an easy fold for me.
If you have opportunity for a ton of felt time, TIGHT is right in first 3 positions. Mix in an occasional low pair for possible set mine if lots of limpers will follow and implied odds possible. Otherwise ONLY SUITED AK, AQ, Kings, Queens and Jack's. 10's are your choice. Back of the bus is where the money is made betting HARD.
Around 7:00 I played pocket aces against KJ exact same situation the other night, the flop looked similar and everything. And I got all the money in after the flop (I bet, he raised, I jammed) that looked just like that…. and the turn was a Jack 🥲haha.
