Know if he checked raises you on the turn what do you do can you call or shove more than likely I would shove
I have noticed that certain "groups" of people fall in to certain tendencies. I do mean race, image and age. At least here at the local casino/charity rooms I can get a decent read on somebody based on race/ethnicity. Arabs=loose and aggressive very likely to tilt or go on huge runs. Blacks= tighter less likely to punt their stack off. I know in out PC culture this may sound unacceptable but its interesting data.
"because it was suited"… its quite the education to see how much more valuable Being Suited turns out to be, outside of actual mathematics.. ive read a # of books, ( Dan Harringtons, Negraneaus.. etc ) and they all have the " being Suited only adds about 2% "… seems in real world playing these days, that just isnt so, and the comment that playing suited hands has so much more POTENTIAL, which is a lot of what poker is, makes me think my valuing suited hands more than i "was told i should", wasnt wrong.. thanks for the great informationals..!!

I'm a bit confused – at15:02 you say he probably doesn't have a random QJ and then at 17:02 you say if he shoves he's either going to have QJ or a flush
I found that a $6 open is usually too small in my local $1/2 casino cash game. 3x works fine online but in live games everyone wants to see the flop. Other than that great info Jonathan!
but sets are so rare… i always slowplay.
