1. the dealer is cheating on play the way they draw a card, now what my understanding of how to pull out the card is this , first is pull out on the play and then banker and third card play and the four is the banker and then turned the card over on play first and then turned on the banker to see what need to follow up if either hand have eight or nine on either hand is called nature, and the game is over in another hand both sides don't have eight or nine then to see what side need to draw on the third card that depending on the point have shown on both side to draw the third card or maybe this dealer doesn't know what he doing and the player doesn't know about the game either himself !!

2. This is not at a real casino. And the dealer is pulling the cards wrong. Usually the first card goes to player and second card goes to bank and third card player and fourth to bank
