I agree. If you play with a system plus limited martingale and have enough of a bankroll, you stand a good chance to leave the casino in profit.

The hit and run approach appears to be the better strategy, of course, and there will be times when you will still fail, if not now or in the short term – I guarantee in the long term it will lose. But whats the problem with losing money (5 martingales) when you have won a lot more sessions while doing it. The losses will be reduced over time and you should come out ahead or at least have a small loss in the end.

If everyone walked into a casino played your strategy and left after they had won $100 the casinos would close down but people being people and with no idea how to handle their emotions will always let the casinos win in the end.
