I think you're right. For this VERY conservative way of play you demonstrated in this vid $1,000 would be more than enough. Another nice thing if someone is playing on line: it would take an extremely long bad run of luck for you to bump up against the table max of $100 if you were at a $5 table.
All of the above would hold true equally well with $25 units and a $5000 bankroll. Online table limits would be $25 —$500.
