  1. Saying card counting is illegal is basically saying you can't do 1+1=2 in your head !

  2. You can absolutely be arrested for card counting. A cop can arrest you for anything they want. You can beat the rap but you can't beat the ride. The process (going to court) is the punishment. Colorado changed the qualified immunity laws though, so cops in Colorado are probably a little less likely to make such an obviously fraudulent arrest, but most states still have qualified immunity so the cops can just arrest you for contempt of cop and you get the unfortunate opportunity to prove your innocence. FTP!

  3. Basically was a bold face lie being said out of the gaming officials mouth! So how does he get punished for threatening? Plus how isn’t fraud committed by the casino as well?

  4. I can count how many times you play with your balls by every time you look at particular individuals, and when you pick your boxers from your crack. And you smell your fingers. You’re guilty!

  5. Counting cards is essentially being good at math and having a good memory for what was already dealt.

  6. It sounds like the cop is trying to augment your card counting activities.
