The fact that Pennsylvania has it as state law that all casinos here have to pay 3 to 2 on blackjack, the dealer has to stand on soft 17, double any two cards including after splitting, and allow surrender if the dealer does not have blackjack…when you put that all together, it makes this state one of the premier destinations to play blackjack in the US if not the entire world! Please, Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, NEVER allow this to change. As blackjack conditions deteriorate in Vegas year after year, and 6:5 payouts infect other states one after another, being able to go anywhere in PA and get a fair game is the single biggest draw we have.

    You will spend more time looking for a casino offering a fair game in Vegas than actually playing. No thank you 6:5, no thank you dealers hitting on soft 17!
