  1. you forgot to include playing off the dealer's first face down card. Some casinos allow you to only play first 3. That's where the money is at

  2. They win because it's gambling people win and put it back in that's there major advantage .

  3. "Why you should never play blackjack, up next: Boost your blackjack odds!"

make up your mind man do you endorse playing blackjack or not.

  4. No no no, your logic and assumptions are incorrect at a number of different points.
You try to (deliberately?) hide these incorrect assumptions with a page of seemingly complicated maths equations but we, who understand what you are trying to express, don't fall for it.
    So, let me explain…
    1. the dealer does not get "magically" beneficial cards; you accept that, correct? His cards are just as likely as mine to be effective towards 21.
    2. the dealer is greatly disadvantaged since he has to stick to very rigid (blind) rules; I could stand on 13, he could start on 16 with his first two cards but he STILL has to hit, even though he has beat me. Follow?
    3. the ONLY advantage that the dealer has is that I have to decide everything first!! So, as soon as I realise that I have the majority of added decision making power, and consequently the dealer is vastly at a disadvantage. I can decide to stop taking cards at any time, I can split, I can double. The dealer blindly deals himself cards and he cannot do these other things.

The game of blackjack is fantastic in the advantages to the player, while restricting and simplifying the choices to the dealer.
If these misleading and deliberately incorrect equations are tossed out and the reality of the game is brought in the probabilities of success greatly shift to the player.
But players are mostly irrational and so the casinos win.
P.S. your thumbs down count says it all

  5. Ok, you're obviously a joker, I had to laugh…
This video is trying to convince us to "never" play blackjack, and then I notice that your next video is entitled "boost your blackjack odds."
    Kinda nonsensical, don't ya think?
But the title of BOZZO fits you well.

  6. I would highly highly suggest converting to a software to draw this all out. There are much easier ways to explain what you're trying to convey and you won't need all the formulas summed out line by line. You can create visual arrays of all possible hands and take probability functions built into the software. Excel and Matlab are good starters imo

  7. Did I miss something? Why did you skip over P(C_2 < 11). You mentioned that the maximum value for C_2 was 10. So when i = 6, P( C_2 < 17-6) = P(C_2 < 11) has an actual probability and not just 1?
