1. I actuallly had that same hand in Vegas last month. My original bet was $30. I split and hit a 5 on my one 6. I double down on my 11, got a 7, and stayed. I hit my other 6 and end up staying on 17.
   The dealer flips over her own 6 and I almost threw up. She hits her 11 and gets an 8. $90 hand just like that. At this point my stomach flipped upside down. I then battled back to break even.

9. What is po purpose of not splitting 10s. Wouldn't 10s or aced be perfect time to split?
