  1. Sometimes it can be the players who you play against because they can just mess the whole table up

  2. Dealers are even more worse people than gamblers…why a normal person would work on a job getting his income from sick people. What you expect from people losing their existence to your Business. Last but not least you are complaining about people losing their money and you are here also crying here like a little girl for making your dirty money with addicts. You seem like being an asshole on your own.

  3. I treat the dealers with respect no matter what game I'm playing or how much I lose because I love it. I hate whiny players too.

  4. A black blackjack dealer wearing black at the black night.
    Ps I’m half black.

  5. ahahaha i’m one of the people who complain a lot playing blackjack. but I always tip the dealers well no matter what I know at the end of the day they don’t control the outcome mad respect for you guys!

  6. I appreciate your candid honesty .. I got talked into dealer school after landing a casino job with a temp service and I’m terrified because I suck at math and you’re right… ppl have no idea how hard grasping even the way the mechanics of the game work… my hands do not naturally shuffle or move Cheques that way.. they keep telling me I’ll get it but I’m not so sure 😆 I told myself at my age trying to learn this isn’t so easy but I’m at least going to stick it out n do my best so that if I don’t make the cut I can at least say I rode it till
    The wheels fell off 🤷🏽‍♀️

  7. True talk! 23 years dealing, mainly poker till Covid hit, now blackjack and the other the games. Pros are for me #1-money, $34.00 average, 4 day work week, 5 weeks vacation, all benefits including matching 401k. Was 30 minutes break every hour in poker, just 20 now on blackjack. So out of 10 hour shift I’m on break 3-4 hours. Can sign a list (early out) and can go home early if business is slow, love this! Iam the E.O.King! I know to some this is really nothing, Iam not bragging, but for a basic general labor type job it’s better than most. And even many degree jobs. All the negatives mentioned is very true, you will experience them. Sometimes negative toxic people, and atmosphere. Standing long hours in one place and feet, back etc. hurting. Sometimes with no players and you got to just stand waiting like a British royal guard hour after hour. Serving in the marine corps gave me the thick skin and discipline to not easily quit. But there are similar negatives in most places. Yeah I’m a little burned out and broke down physically and mentally, but would be same or worse most anywhere. I’ve done several jobs, nothing paid as good and was as easy as dealing!
