  1. I'll dark side bet the whole tables especially of its all field bettors that don't take free odds. Then I'll play right side when I shoot.

    I like the hard way set but will use a 2V for outside numbers.

What?  What difference does it possibly make if you are the only shooter at an open table?  Just start shooting the dice.  Do you really care how other people feel?  You'll be shooting for yourself and in charge, win or lose.  Also, I don't put a bet down for the dealers if I'm losing.  If I'm winning I'll share a percentage of my winnings by betting for the dealers but NOT on the hard ways.  They know very well that the house advantage makes those bets a stupid play.  They like a minimum line bet with maximum odds.
