I think you should work with dice sets that don't have the inside faces together that total a value of 7(those are the faces that are against each other that you can't see on the inside). The second thing you should try is to avoid a paired number on the inside faces also. But the total of 7 on the inside faces is way more important. Try all of your different sets, make a list record the results then try the 7 total on the inside and record those results. You may get quite the surprise. Plus it looks like you could use some new dice.
