  1. HAHAHAHA he called it the DONT PASS BAR….its DONT PASS "Bar" or "Push" the 12….IE…if you are on the dont's and you roll a 12, the dealer "Bars" or "Pushes" the bet…meaning its a TIE.

  2. wtf? don't pass bar? its not pronounced like that. Wins on 12 wtf this guys wacked he's no pit boss… (?)

  3. he repeats himself like 3 times about the comeout roll for pass and don't pass, but does not once talk about if a point comes if not 2,3,7,11,12. he's only explains about the comeout roll. Don't pass means your looking for a 7 when the point has been established. That is what he didn't mention.

  4. Yes..its considered a push if the 12 shows on that first comeout roll.
    Bar 12 means the 12 is barred..therefore you neither win or lose, if the 12 were paid the bettor('wrong' bettor in casino jargon) would have a distinct advantage over the house but doesn't! I doubt this guys a pit boss.

  5. Wrong!!! The Don't Pass does not win on all Crap 2 , 3 & 12. It bars & pushes 2 Crap! That's the Casino I work at. It's the house edge.

    He ain't no Pit Boss! Even if he was, the Casino probably got bankrupt and shut down!

  6. Ridiculously pedantic, shortsighted and unnecessarily limited in scope. The Dont Pass Line bet works beyond the comeout, and the craps rolls are irrelevant @ the point.
    After watching this video, only using this information, let me challenge anyone to;
    1)Explain how to make money or protect prop bets with the DPL.
    2) What is the payoff when you bet with the house and hit a 7 AFTER a point is made?
    3) When can you increase, decrease, or remove a DPL bet?
    4) Can I make a DPL bet AFTER a point?

  7. First sign he is inexperienced is calling it "bar" because that is what is says on the table. If he called it Pass bar and don't pass bar I would give him the benefit of the doubt but he uses "line" for the pass. Just to be over technical on the video, if I was betting "with the house" as he says, there would be no house edge and would never play anything but the DP line.

  8. Hey buddy, its not  "don't pass bar"

    Its the  "don't pass, bar the 12"

    It means that the (unlike the other craps numbers) the 12 is barred or prohibited from being paid if craps is rolled.  (If this wasn't the case, playing the don't would be a player edged game, instead if house edged)

    The pass, and don't pass are called "line bets", not "bar" bets.

    Possibly in a tavern there might be something like a "bar" bet — but at a craps table there is nothing like a "bar bet"!  (-;

    Come on, you really haven't ever been a table games manager, have you???
