Were you guys sitting out on that roll mid way through this video. I saw 2 or 3 of yall sitting back away from tables.
Everyone has a first day on the job at some point. Craps dealers have no where to hide. We had a new dealer about 2 months ago @ wynn Boston, she was trying her best. A few weeks later we went back and she was running stick like a boss. I think it's important to be kind towards everyone, also it's their job, people could just be having a bad day. Lastly, this casino's mistake was having 2 very new dealers on the table at the same time.

Mahalo Bryan, To bad had two new dealers on the table. To many very short rolls was costly but good practice for me. Only a few more days n you'll be in Vegas again. One and a half weeks for me. I can hardly wait for my first trip this year.
Is this a $10 table are there Any on the strip even?

New dealers are horrible they slow the game down and the center pit boss making all types of retarted movements horrible table to be playing at
