🥃 Cocktails and Craps #6: Building a Craps Strategy (Backwards)

Craps Strategy Video Information:

Building the best strategy is tough if you don’t know what you actually want to play and have a plan to get there. Working backwards from your starting point will ground you, and help to develop the strategy to get to your strategy.

Decide on the strategy you want to play — $44 inside, $85 5/6/8, $100 Iron Cross. Whatever you like.

But don’t just toss money from your rack on every shooter and pray your strategy works. Be smart and build a starter strategy that gets you there quickly so that you can lean in and run your actual strategy risk free (or as close to that as you can get)

  1. Like your approach to thinking through things. I know it's hard to think straight sometimes when teaching couple of things. Confirmnfor me if working come/DC they pay 1 to 1. If Laying of course based on odds. What about a version covering the inside and laying the 4 or 10? I've done well with that and in 3 to 5 rolls am up over 100.. I've been working through it. Hurts if I get caught with the 4 or 10 but have been testing going 4 to 5 rolls and then pulling it, regressing,.. thoughts on a better approach to that strategy or a better next move after hitting 3 to 5 times initially? I like it also because you're always working and you don't miss making money on almost every roll. Thoughts?

  2. Why did you rack the Dont come quarter on the 6 when you rolled a 6? That should have been a loss.

  3. Your rollouts rarely go as you intend them. It's sort of comical. Hey, that's real life craps.

  4. very confused: at 17:52 you rolled a 6 and collected on the place and pulled down your DC, but you should have lost your $25 DC bet right?

  5. John, did you follow up with coffee and trying these out? If so I missed it and really like where you were going with these.
