  1. Did you get rich playing poker? Brag about it in the comments below. Also, check out my other video on if you should start poker these days: https://youtu.be/6v5lSFpNgRA

  2. I remember playing with guys who made around $£€5K a month playing 1-2 and 1-3. Some of them put a few Gs in BC every month. They are now very rich.

  3. Well what I find is I keep losing on the video poker on my phone 888 poker I keep losing but when I play real cash games like with my friends I always seem to win now is there something dodgy about the poker on the phone is it all calculated it just once you win you win you win when you lose you lose I don’t understand it all

  4. I echo another commenter that pre covid playing live £1/1 games in London with a £500 buy in would regularly walk out with £1,500. I moved so couldn’t continue this unfortunately.

I have had some very big wins online over the years. I came 1st in the big $11 in 2011 by putting up our last tenner and we needed rent money lol. I’ve also won the big $22 in 2017 for $8k which led to my being sponsored to play in Monaco EPT that year. Best time of my life ever. I had a little break then started playing serious again in 2021 online and so far I’ve had 4 significant wins: came 2nd in hot $16.50, cashed 117th for over a grand on Sunday millions after winning a seat in qualifier, then I came 19th in one of the WCOOP games for $2k. I also had another couple decent wins. So I’m not rich but I’ve certainly had some tasty wins and each time it spurs me on to be better.

I cashed in the EPT came around 108th out of 750 players. Also took home £2,500 won on cash tables. So not millions but very nice all the same.

  5. My goal for next year will be to earn 100 dollar per week. Started grinding 2 years ago. Started with 50 dollar and at the moment my bank is 2400 (never went below 40) (started at 400 this year). I am beating the 10NL tables and will go to the 25NL tables when bankroll is increasing to 2500. Play around 8K hands per week so to win 100 per week i need the win 4 buyins (i think it is realistic). Of course I hope I can support my family (wife and two kids) but I dont want to take any risk. I have a good job at the moment and only quite it before I earn at least 100K per year for a couple of years (playing 8K per week). Probably no realistic goal, but a man needs dreams:) Thanks for the content.

  6. Truth. It takes more than the 10,000 hour rule. Multi millions of hands. People do it. It is possible.

  7. Everyone's a professional until they go broke LOL eventually the cards turn and all the skill in the world won't save you either.. So the ones who still believe they can make a living playing poker are the ones who haven't had their asses handed to them yet .. Ever wonder why there are so many poker coaches out there ?? Why would they waste their time teaching you when they can make money playing poker if it were possible Duh 🙄

  8. You are right, I quit from this sheet game if I lose again my bankroll. It's not funny.
