I disagree. Tilt forces you to be creative and find opportunities to win that wouldn't otherwise exist.
Tilt is actually the key to winning
I like to buy in short around 30BB even though I can max buy in, I think it adds this sense of all or nothing, I have to play my best game every time I sit down. Having to maneuver a small stack against 100+ BB stacks makes it easier to fold, puts my brain into a sort of survival mode and I’m always looking for the best spot to get it alls in and get doubled or tripled up.
