She was planning on going to Law School, but after graduation she made the decision to pursue a life as a professional poker player instead! After online poker was banned in the United States, she moved to Canada and lived with many other poker professionals. Lexy attributes much of her success to surrounding herself with a solid network of young poker professionals in the early stages of her poker career. I'd love to go pro. I've used Poker as my fun money for the last year (I've only been playing a year), and it's taken me from living check to check to consistently having a small bit of cushion. I typically only play the 2/5 cash games because i cant afford anything bigger. The first tournament I entered, I won it was only 40 or so people, but I still felt like "Hmmm maybe I should take this a bit more seriously"
