  1. What up Alec. Just a question about your flop and turn comments. On the flop, you say a check call makes it look weaker, like an ace high. But on the turn you say we really shouldn't have any ace's (from the opponents point of view).

  2. Hi Alec i like your vids they are top! Is there a way that doesn't cost u to much effort to see if I have any future in poker? I have played 19k hands in one year since is started last year. I play mostly freeroll micro tournaments sng and cashgames. I know that i am losing player. I had some good results in tournaments made 6 final tables 2 real money and a few freerolls. I did a lot research, your video's, book, forums… altough i have not commited myself 100 % i would like to know based on the stats now if i should continue. grtz

  3. I'd much prefer betting on that flop. Slowplaying in tournaments is more often then not a shortcut to the rail. Given he's the button there's a lot of diamond combos in his range- including some combo draws even on that board- that you're giving a free card to by checking, and he's going to call with any king.

  4. PreFlop, how do you decide that its pretty much impossible for the opponent to have kings?

  5. I've read when flatting in the SB, you should nearly, if not always check to mix up your range/balance, and then if preflop raiser bets, determine whether to smooth call or re-raised at that point?

  6. Why would she be betting with her whole range on the flop when she was not the pre-flop raiser? Donk betting only sometimes makes sense; definitely not with her WHOLE range. This is a terrible error Alec

  7. interesting points ,if anyone else needs to find out about best online poker course try card crusher fixer (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my brother in law got excellent results with it.
