I have to tell you. Are used to play a ton of Texas hold ‘em. Absolutely loved it. I thought I was pretty good and are usually made enough to party by ass off in Vegas. But listening to your commentary I realize how much I didn’t know. It’s quite humbling.
I understand poker in the sense what hand is better than another hand and betting. What I would like to see is a lesson in Poker 101 for dummies like me and explain the positions for ante, big blind, utg, straddle, etc. Also there is game when the players are dealt 4 cards. Please explain the strategy for that kind of poker and running the cards twice., when all in. My thinking would only run it twice if it would be to my advantage and look at the odds card. Suppose my opponent needs one club and there are a lot of clubs in the deck…..my thinking would be to run once if I was ahead on the board. If need just one card, like the only ace left in the deck, I would want to run it twice to give me a better chance to win. Your help and your thoughts!
