Playing at those stakes it is proper etiquette to not say anything in regards to the hand or players if you’re not holding cards.
Going all in with J3 pre flop is the crime. Where's the ambition? Players like that annoy me. I get is gambling, but I like to play smart gamblers, not dream chasers.
That's basic "you don't do that" poker etiquette. dude is lucky Andy didn't call floor on him …. he likely would have been sat out for a round.

Too much money on the line to be commenting on other people's hands. A lot of $1/$2 players in the comments here who are going "Wdym I talk during hands all the time!" don't even understand why it's wrong.
