How this bet increase strategy works for you Dave? I tried to test it in excel long time ago (i heard it explained by Mark Douglas in one of his seminars) but at coin flip random 50/50 series of trades it does not produce significant difference than the normal fractional bet. And the reason is the big loss it creates on the final big bet size (for example the fifth size lot bet – loses 5 lots which wipes back the winners of the last two three trades and get you back near to 1:1 win or lose state. I guess if you occure bigger consecutive streaks of winners it may make some difference but they have low probability occurance.
