In my years of experience, no limit is like 90% luck because you can play correctly and 'outplay' your opponent and still lose your entire money because of some bullbad lucky shot at river by your opponent. Limit poker however is more about skills because in order to lose all your pot or double it, you have to win many rounds or lose many rounds.
