How does a single 3 bet polarize your hand? That probably is an indication your 3 bet range must be way too narrow
You need to review preflop ranges. AJo is never a call in the LJ (against a balanced range of course). Even if he’s spewey I think calling here as opposed to 3 betting is lighting money on fire
Great job on sticking to your guns and staying disciplined rather than losing a buy in.
On the diamond hand you should have reraised to $150. If he went over you fold.

The A8 hand is just a bad fold. It's a math call in that situation. You care getting 5 to 1 on your money. Can aces up be good there 1 out of 5 times? I think the answer is simply yes, and maybe even more often then 1 out of 5 times.
