why does it only go up to the BB every time? when someone raises, doesnt it have to go all the way round not just to the BB?

You should be call opens much wider from button than MP. Much wider!
Imagine CO or BTN are good Regs, so ur getting exploited by folding over 80%!
In my opinion a good chart for beginners, getting familiar with the game but not for advanced format
