Hey Big B! I just joined your channel about 3 months ago when I bought my first rc boat, a Pro Boat UL-19. I live all your tips and stuff and have made mine considerably faster using some of your tips.
I need to know more about PROPS. If u have an older video going over what the props are as far as size and pitch, please link it! if not please make one. I don't know what 1.6 pitch or 1.8 pitch is, I understand the 50mm or 38mm part.

Spektrum g2 batteries always give me my best speeds
Just looking at your lump in the tunnel I had a sponson lifting at speeds over 70 mph on my jae 26 rigger so I double side taped a 21/2 inch long foam wedge on the top of left hand sponson in line with the back of the ride plate itβs 1/2 inch high 20 mm wide problem solved up to 85 mph no other adjustments.
So Air pressure is in fact important, hey.
Most people get there PB in freshwater were there's no current first off secondly you're PB speed record is yours hence personal best.. Doesn't matter if you are pissing in the wind or not it's you're PB! Doesn't matter what setup or batteries it's still you're PB smh… You've been kicking some ass with these boats keep it up Big B !!
