  2. Jacob, Let me clarify, a $10 lay pays 50% of the lay minus 5% for the VIG. That would be $4 cause the house will take a whole dollar.

    Thats a nice and simple approach with less risk than a lot of strategies despite the house edge.

    I probably wouldn't play a grinder type of strategy myself but I decided to give it a go on the wizard of odds craps simulator. The first time it tanked down almost $200 after about 30-40 rolls from repeated 5, 6's and 8's but the second time I played it was up $100 after 80 rolls, around $125 after 100 rolls and up over $165 after 200 rolls so goes to show it can grind out some profit if the dice don't overly favour the 14 dice combos of 5/6/8 vs the 22 dice combos that this strategy targets.
