  1. If Hard Rock buys Mirage, they will immediately liquidate assets, demolish the existing buildings and then put up a GIANT guitar shaped hotel and casino.

  2. I welcome more competition. I'm sad to see MGM taking control of Cosmo… That seems backwards!! The resorts don't seem to be competing for customers as much as they used too…

  3. I agree that more competition is great for us. It will be interesting once we hear who is buying these properties. 👌

  4. Caesars property company (after the bankruptcy) was VICI; who bough the MGM property in 2021

  5. MGM Resorts and Ceasar's Properties are trying to limit liability and raise capital to pay and grow their online gambling business.

  6. The impression I got is the MGM and Caesar’s are just changing their business model, not reducing the number of properties they control…the plan is just to divest in the real property, but they will be leasing the properties back and continuing to run the casinos and hotels at the properties they sell on the strip.

  7. Interesting parking prespective. What if Affinity gaming (Prim casino owner) comes in and offers no resort fees and half the weekend cost and a shuttle connection to the ca high-speed rail system when in full swing. The more services offered with less cost to the client compete with the chock-up deals MGM and Casesers impose on their customers. Did you hear Trump will build the second tower in five years
