Try and count to 5 when you look at your cards every time. If you keep this to a constant it will remove a few of your tells.

I go the other with looking at my cards, I look after the flop 100% of the time. it only gives something away if you do it part of the time.

When you look back at your cards on the monotone flop, villains will know it becomes much less likely for you to have a made flush… So when you bet there after checking your cards they will realise your most likely holding is the naked Ad, so you kinda put yourself in danger for aggression on later streets when getting called. I like the vlog tho
