  2. Smaller sizing only makes sense if oppo is either sticky or willing to bluff it all in. By sizing the c/r bigger, hero makes the oppo with the big draw pot committed to call the turn shove. So if the oppo is not going to shove or call with something like a gutter or top pair, then it's fine to size big here. In fact if hero doesn't do that, then Hero is the one committed to a bad turn, while oppo gets to fold on a blank turn. Board may pair on turn, in which case value dries up.
